Project overview
Exotiq Property is a leading luxury real estate agency in Bali, representing high‑end villas, land, and resort properties for international buyers and investors. The project was a complete redesign and rebuild of their website, moving from a slow, hard‑to‑maintain WordPress setup to a custom Webflow experience that reflects their premium positioning and supports ambitious SEO and lead generation goals.
Context & challenges
The previous WordPress website had become a bottleneck for the business: pages loaded slowly, the backend was difficult to work with, and content updates required too much effort from the marketing team. The design was inconsistent and not fully mobile‑friendly, which hurt both user experience and perceived brand quality.
At the same time, Exotiq wanted to rely more on organic search rather than paid traffic, while still running SEA campaigns efficiently. The challenge was to simplify the user experience, modernize the brand expression, and implement a robust SEO‑friendly structure—with enough depth to cover many regions, property types, and search intents.
Approach & process
I started by rebuilding the information architecture and sitemap from scratch, focusing on how buyers actually search for property in Bali: by region, property type, and specific keywords. This led to clear navigation and dedicated landing pages for key regions and categories, supported by wireframes that defined the content hierarchy for core templates.
The visual direction aimed for a calm, premium interface that lets property photography stand out while keeping layouts consistent and mobile‑first. A restrained palette, refined typography, and reusable components replaced the old inconsistent and non‑responsive design.
In Webflow, I implemented a custom CMS for properties, regions, and blog articles, along with advanced filtering, a custom search experience, and multi‑currency support. This turned the site into a powerful discovery tool and made it much easier for the Exotiq team to publish content, launch SEO‑driven pages, and run campaigns.

Results & impact
The redesigned Exotiq Property website now better reflects the brand’s premium positioning and long‑standing expertise in Bali’s luxury real estate market. The new structure and landing pages provide a solid base for SEO, while advanced filtering and search functions make it easier for visitors to discover relevant listings and get in touch.
For the marketing team, the move to Webflow and the custom CMS has significantly reduced the friction of updating content and launching new region or keyword‑focused campaigns. Instead of fighting with a slow and complex WordPress backend, they can now adapt the site quickly to changing market opportunities.
My role & tools
I handled the full digital experience, including UX strategy, sitemap and wireframes, visual design, Webflow development, and integrations (custom filters, search, and multi‑currency). Design work was done in Figma, and the live site is fully managed in Webflow.
