Scalerrs is a B2B SaaS-only SEO and AEO agency founded by Jules Davies, working with SaaS teams across the US, Canada, Australia, Singapore, and the EU. They brought in Julien as web designer and Sophie as Webflow developer for a brand refresh and full website rebuild, and I stepped in on both phases as project manager. The goal was simple to state and harder to pull off: give Scalerrs a visual identity that actually stands out in a market full of SEO and marketing agencies that all look and sound the same.scalerrs

Context & challenges

Scalerrs already had the results to back up its pitch, but the SEO and AEO agency space is crowded, and most of that competition leans on the same visual clichés: generic gradients, stock-photo energy, interchangeable layouts. The old identity conveyed competence but didn't give anyone a reason to remember it. The real challenge wasn't just a facelift — it was finding a differentiating angle, both visually and in positioning, that would separate Scalerrs from every other "we do SEO" agency out there.
